Welcome to my web site, my name is Libby Anderson and I am a proud teacher of the
`Mary Adams Exercise Technique`, in short `The M.A.E. Technique, the best fitness exercise programme around!!

My studio is situated in the grounds of Hydepark Business Centre where there are plenty of free parking spaces for all of my students. My studio is very modern and has a very friendly and calming atmosphere with dimmed lights, candles and lite music playing in the background which adds to the experience.

What could be better girls you get all of the above and a new body to boot!!!
